Great location, just next to the river. Personnel was super helpful and kind. We booked a room with our dog and baby. Hotel provided bed and water bowl for dog, as well some treats and poop bag. For baby we got crib. Really baby and dog friendly hotel and personnel. Great communication with hotel before hand. Maybe not mentioned, but hotel has gym, saunas and small swimming pool - great to relax after busy day. Room has extra towels and pillows if needed. Great options of food for breakfast. Hotel is cca 20min walk from city center. There were also bicycles to rent, but we did not need that.

Location, helpful staff, clean, good restaurant Mention to x2 staff members Hedda Braunethielm ( 20.6.25) who when I asked could I leave our luggage somewhere (we arrived early and had invite from nearby friends to celebrate midsummer) told us we could check in early, then upgraded us to Riverside view with teamaking facilities even I asked for a kettle for original room allocated! We strongly recommending this hotel/chain. And Maya Habbar who was very friendly and helpful 21.6.25

Perfect for pet owners. If you book a room with river view, it will be very calm and quiet. I don’t know how it feels in the rooms on the other side, towards motorway. Green area, close to city center. Very pet friendly hotel, there is special area where you can have breakfast with your dog inside hotel and outdoor terrace for warmer seasons. Nice and friendly personal.

The hotel is a great choice for families, offering good food and various kid-friendly amenities like a pool and playroom. The staff is also helpful and friendly.

Good location as a stopover from Stockholm to the North. Easy to find. Very friendly staff and good facilities. Lovely breakfast. Rooms overlooking the river were more expensive but a better view and away from the main road.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel's location is very good. The restaurant overlooks a small, beautiful lake.

Breakfast was wonderful. Beautiful scenery outside the hotel. A walk by the river and you will reach the centre easily.
